Michael Lawrance

Founder

In my 19 years as a general contractor, I've learned that above all else, confidence and trust are the foundation of every good relationship.

And establishing a good relationship is at the core of every new project we undertake—one that begins with our very first meeting.

M-Squared Contracting is a company with a family sensibility. Our clients place their homes in our hands, and this trust pushes us to perform beyond expectations. Our team of highly skilled professionals has a proven passion for building and exceptional attention to detail and quality.

We're proud of the work we do, and we're proud of the reputation we've established over the years. No matter the scope and breadth of a project, my team and I are committed to providing the highest level of client service and satisfaction, which means we're deeply invested in each construction project and treat every home as if it were our own.

"Architecture is really about well-being. I think that people want to feel good in a space… On the one hand it's about shelter, but it's also about pleasure."

— Zaha Hadid

Founded in 2009, M-Squared is a company driven by a collective of passionate, creative, committed and highly qualified experts. Above all else, our priority is client satisfaction, and we are dedicated to providing clients with top-notch workmanship and service. We've made strides in the industry over the years, but our commitment to excellence has remained the same.

Our team is advanced enough to tackle the most complex projects, yet our boutique feel means that we will always care about and treat your home as if it were our own. Creating amazing spaces requires the efforts of amazing people, and because we genuinely care about the work we do, each of our craftsmen is selected, developed and held to stringent standards of professionalism and skill.
