1. Initial Consultation
We start by walking the space with you, talking through what's working, what isn't, and what you're hoping to get out of the renovation. This is also where we get a sense of timeline, budget expectations, and whether an architect or designer is already involved.
2. Detailed Planning and Budgeting
Before a single wall comes down, we put together a detailed plan and budget so there are no surprises once construction starts. For additions and larger renovations, this stage also includes coordinating permits and working alongside your architect or designer.
3. Construction, With Regular Communication
Once work begins, we keep you in the loop with regular updates rather than radio silence until the big reveal. You'll always know what's happening on site and what's coming next.
4. Final Walkthrough
When the work is done, we walk the finished space with you to make sure every detail is right before we call it complete.
