Bloor West Village
A labour of love that realized the long awaited completion of an unfinished renovation cut short for a father, his two children and a dog. The scope included combining a contemporary build infused with a vintage look. This was achieved using a carefully selected window package, hardwood floors and bathroom fixtures and fittings with a nod to the past. Atttention to details included a warm and welcoming ‘Irish’ kitchen with a fireplace and wood top island that allowed room for cookbooks. mementos and storage. Added features included built-in bench seating, linen shades for window treatments and the use of wood in unexpected places.
