This narrow Little Italy semi traded a dated, chopped-up layout for a full top-to-bottom transformation, wrapped in a striking black addition clad in Maibec Urban vertical siding that reads as pure contemporary infill against its century-old neighbours. Inside, a flat-panel white kitchen anchored by a reeded white oak island opens straight onto the backyard, with a honed stone slab backsplash and fully integrated appliances keeping the lines clean. Upstairs, the primary ensuite went full spa, with book-matched grey stone slab shower walls, matte black fixtures throughout, and a freestanding tub set beneath a textured tile accent wall. Even the laundry room got the full treatment, wrapped floor to ceiling in warm wood panelling with leather pulls and a quartz-topped folding island. Wide-plank white oak runs from the front door straight through to the addition, tying old and new together. Moody, minimal, and unmistakably modern.
