This South Hill renovation is anchored by a dramatic kitchen that doubles as the dining room: a single waterfall marble island runs the length of the space, seating both stools and a full dining table beneath a run of skylights and sculptural linear pendants. Rich walnut cabinetry wraps the room floor to ceiling, framed by full-height steel windows and doors that flood the space with light. Pops of citrus-toned art play off the warm wood tones, while polished stone flooring keeps the whole space grounded. Sophisticated, moody, and built for entertaining.
