The transformation of a 1973 flat roof split level bungalow into a mid-century modern inspired family home. Vacant for three years and left untouched for almost forty, this home required a full gut redo. Challenges included removing an elevator, leveling and resurfacing over 3000sq/ft of flat roof, replacing all windows including the addition of a 20 ft curtain window, raising the ceilings and installing solid walnut plank flooring. An architecturally significant split level reborn!
