Project gallery
A stately Edwardian on a tree-lined Parkside street, restored inside and out. The exterior kept its dark gabled roofline, wraparound porch, and brick facade intact, while the interior was reimagined around a moody charcoal kitchen with a white oak island, subway tile hood surround, and full-height paneled fridge. Black steel-framed glass doors divide the principal rooms without closing them off, and brass flush-mounts add warmth throughout. A home that still looks every bit its age from the street — and nothing like it once you're inside.
